Our province, getting a “D” this time, after scoring a “B” two years ago.
Policy analyst, Paul Preston,
“We include things like public research and development expenditures, a number of researchers, scientific articles produced, entrepreneurial ambition, venture capital investment, business enterprise R and D, ICT investment, or technology investment, patents, and things like labour productivity.”
Our province, losing ground on 4 of the indicators, according to Preston.
B.C going from 10th to 17th among the 26 jurdictions ranked.
