The B.C Chamber of Commerce is asking the NDP government to be clear on what is going to happen with the rules surrounding the vote on proportional representation.
A resolution submitted by the Kamloops Chamber was passed by delegates attending the annual meeting over the weekend in the tournament capital.
President Joshua Knaak says, clarity is essential.
“Basically what the request was lets clearly define what it is we are going to be voting on. Lets not change the parameters of what will pass this resolution.”
The government will announce the date question and rules surrounding the vote this fall on Wednesday.
