There will be more employment in Kamloops as the Rocky Mountaineer Tourist train expands.
Vice President Gord Miller says the company is setting a goal of doubling capacity by 2022.
“I can see our maintenance team growing by 15, 20, 25, per cent over the next five to seven years, so right now we are 50 people full time year around.”
The Rocky Mountaineer wants to bring in 200 thousand people a year double the current number.
