Kamloops is in need of ride sharing as much Vancouver and Surrey.
Speaking on the Jim Harrison Show today, BarWatch Vancouver Chair Curtis Robinson says, there’s plenty of tension when you have large numbers of people who have been drinking stuck in one area, unable to get home.
“These same problems happen in Kamloops Prince George and other centres where people to wait in unsafe situations for a cab. The cab industry has let us down in Vancouver and im sure it has in Kamloops and we are pressing hard for this not 2019 bur right now.”
Robinson says bringing ridesharing to B.C. will help get people home safely, faster.
