A Prince George family that drove through the North Thompson recently are not a happy bunch.
Tasha Strand says the family had just started its summer holiday driving to Kamloops by the recent Trans Mountain Pipeline expansion protest at the North Thompson Provincial Park near Clearwater.
“There was pink paint on the highway and no awareness of anything about it being fresh or nothing. When we fueled up in Kamloops we noticed that our the boat, boat trailer, the motorhome was splattered in pink paint. As we drove over the wet paint on the highway, it just sprayed over everything.”
Strand says there was damage to their motorhome, trailer and boat.
