A landslide that took out part of Highway 5A south of Kamloops yesterday has now been cleared.
Argo Road Maintenance tweeted that the highway is now open in both directions at the scene of the slide, near Beresford Road, which is about 10 kilometers south of Kamloops.
The highway was operating as a single, alternating lane overnight and had been closed temporarily when the slide happened on Wednesday afternoon.
