A break-and-enter in a home near downtown Kamloops this afternoon has led to three men being arrested.
Kamloops RCMP Staff Sgt. Michelle Grondin says Mounties were called just after 1 p.m. to a break-in happening in the 500 block of Columbia Street West.
“The break-and-enter was taking place when the police were called. All I can say from that is the investigation is continuing, but they did arrest three people at the location there,” Grondin says.
The three men arrested are known to police and live in Kamloops according to Grondin. None of them have been identified and it’s unclear if charges will be laid.
It’s unclear if anyone was home during the incident, but Grondin says no one was injured.
