Police in the North Okanagan say Shane Mark Mulholland is back in police custody, after he was arrested without incident.

The 43-year-old was wanted for failing to comply with a probation order.

The RCMP put out a plea for help yesterday, asking people to help them locate Mulholland, who they considered to be violent.

Mulholland was wanted for the same charge back in September, and he was previously taken into custody back in October.
