Kamloops RCMP are asking for help in looking for a man and a woman who were involved in a hit and run collision at the Rockin Firkin Pub on Sydney Avenue.
The incident is from June 15 around 10 p.m. Cpl. Jodi Shelkie says the pair were followed out of the pub by another man who told them they needed to pay before leaving.
“The suspect driver got confrontational with the customer that was following him,” she said. “He got into his vehicle and then sped towards the customer actually striking him with his vehicle. The victim received serious but non life threatening injuries and had to go to Royal Inland Hospital.”
Shelkie says the driver a Caucasian man in his 50’s or 60’s with scruffy facial hair and balding, short hair. He was wearing a red Adidas track suit, two watches on his left wrist and many rings on his fingers.
The woman was also Caucasian in her 30’s with long blonde hair in a bun. She was wearing jean shorts, a black long-sleeved shirt and a black baseball cap.
The pair were seen leaving the area in a red car.
