A man in his sixties was killed in a single-vehicle crash near Falkland early this morning.

Mounties say they were called to the crash scene on Highway 97, east of Falkland, just after 5:30 a.m. Police say the man lost control around a curve and was ejected from his pick-up truck when it went off the road.

The crash victim has not been identified any further by police.

RCMP Traffic Services and the BC Coroners Service are continuing to investigate, and anyone with information is asked to contact police.
