One of Kamloops most popular events is gearing up for it’s 25th anniversary edition next month.
Hot Nite in the City has expanded to three days and while Saturday’s show and shine is still the main event, as organizer Peter Mahaits says, there’s a lot of live entertainment to catch. “We have two stages this year on the corner of forth and Victoria.”
“So, while the main acts are setting up on the big stage, we’ve got entertainment lined up on the small stage in front so there can be continuous entertainment”
Ribfest is also going on that weekend but Mahaits says if you’re not into ribs, there is The Thompson River Salmon Barbeque Festival and Competition.
Hot Nite in the City is August 9-11.
