The BC Wildlife park is the place to be this Sunday as one of our sister stations is celebrating their birthday while raising money to buy the park a new x-ray machine.
New Country 103.1 is celebrating their 13th birthday with a full day of music.
The last act to hit the stage is the Hunter Brothers.
Appearing on the NL Morning News, Ty Hunter says it was a busy childhood for all five brothers, between performing, playing hockey and living on a farm. “Usually, it would be for about two months we would hit a lot of festivals and then it would be harvest time.”
“The guys would head off to their respective teams and continue to play around the winter and we kind of managed to juggle all three of them together.”
Gates at the park open at noon with the music starting around 1:00.
The Hunter Brothers hit the stage at 8:00
