Kamloops RCMP say there were 73 thefts from motor vehicles between the week of September 16 and 22.
That’s the highest weekly total since police began releasing the maps to the media earlier this year.
The incidents were spread all across the city, but there was a higher concentration on the North Shore between the Overlanders Bridge and the Halston Connector.
One theft each in Westsyde, Rayleigh, Juniper Ridge, and Tranquille are not on the map, along with two in Dallas.
On average, about 50 thefts from vehicles are reported to the Kamloops RCMP each week.
