Salmon Arm RCMP are still looking for a suspect after a robbery at a bank on Ross Street on Monday afternoon.

Police say the suspect is a tall man with a skinny build, who was dressed in all black. He concealed his identity by wearing a balaclava and sunglasses, and was pointing a gray coloured handgun at the clerk while demanding money.

RCMP believe the man fled east after the incident, and that his track pants had two white stripes running the length of the legs.

The investigation is ongoing as police comb through video from the scene and other downtown Salmon Arm locations.
