Kathleen Karpuk is back for another year as the chairperson for the Kamloops-Thompson School Board.

Karpuk was acclaimed to the position and will return to the role for a second one year term. She says  there was a small shake up during the election process that took place during this week’s board meeting.

“We do have a new representative to the BC School Trustees Association Provincial Council,” she said. “That’s now John O’Fee. Trustee Shelley Sim from Clearwater was the provincial council representative last year, so there is a change there.”

Rhonda Kershaw is also back for a second year as vice-chair.
