In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, tickets to this year’s Y Dream Home are now on sale.
This year’s home is valued at just under $700,000, and it is located in the Orchards Walk subdivision in Valleyview.
Spokesperson Bryce Herman says its unfortunate they will not be able to hold weekend open houses because of COVID-19
“There is a virtual tour that is on the website and will certainly allow people to walk through the home visually and get a sense of what this home looks like,” he said. “When you look at the virtual tour, you would literally think that someone is living in this home.”
This year’s house, he says, is 3,000 square feet in size with four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms.
“The fit and finish on this home is absolutely stunning,” Herman added. “I mean it really, really does show incredibly well. It’s a stunner.”
Single tickets are $100 a piece, while value packs, which are books of five, will be $400.
“The pricing hasn’t changed, but the one thing that has is your odds to win,” Herman said. “This year your odds of winning are 1-in-20. There are 849 prizes.”
Tickets will be sold online until June 29, and the prizes will be drawn on July 8.
