In the past three days, there have been 31 new cases of COVID-19 in B.C. and six new deaths.
Provincial Health Officer Dr. Bonnie Henry says one of those deaths happened in late-June, at the Langley Lodge care home, but a death review only recently attributed that person’s death to COVID-19.
One of those 31 new cases is in the Interior Health region.
There are now 166 active cases across B.C. which is four more than the last update on Friday.
There are 16 people in hospital with virus and four people in intensive care.
More to come.
