Kamloops RCMP say Mike O’Shea, a missing 66-year-old man known to frequent local businesses downtown with his cart collecting bottles, has been found.

Sources to NL News said O’Shea was put in self-isolation because of COVID-19, though RCMP spokesperson, Const. Crystal Evelyn said she could not confirm those details when asked.
