There were 456 new COVID-19 cases reported in B.C. today, as well as two deaths from the virus.

Interior Health reported 30 new cases, which was the second-fewest of all heath authorities today. Elsewhere, there were 259 cases today in Fraser Health, 108 cases in Vancouver Coastal Health, 35 cases in Island Health and 20 cases in Northern Health.

Across B.C., there are now 4,668 active cases of the virus with 237 people in hospital and 64 people in critical care.

Meanwhile, B.C. has now provided 230,875 vaccine doses against COVID-19, and more than one-quarter of those are second doses.
