
For a fifth-straight day, daily COVID-19 cases have dropped in B.C.
There were 250 cases and three deaths from the virus reported across the province today.
Interior Health is reporting 40 new cases today, while there were also 109 cases in Fraser Health, 84 in Vancouver Coastal Health, nine in Island Health and eight in Northern Health.
There are now 296 people in hospital with COVID-19, and 97 people in intensive care. Active cases have dropped to 3,580, and have dropped by almost 1,000 cases in the past five days.
Meanwhile, B.C. can expect to reach three million vaccine doses being administered by tomorrow. As of today, there have been 2,979,951 doses administered to more than 2.82 million people.
