It’s that time of year again as tickets for the Kamloops Y Dream Home Lottery are now on sale.
The home in Tobiano is worth over $1.2 million. The home features three bedrooms, 2.5 bath, incredible views and it is all located in scenic Tobiano.
Spokesperson Bryce Herman was on The NL Morning News and said you’ll have plenty of chance to take a look at the grand prize. “We will have open houses every Saturday and Sunday. We’re back and able to do that. So we will be showing the home from 11:00 to 5:00 every Saturday and Sunday starting this coming weekend right thru until the 19th of June.”
Single tickets for the home are $100 each. You can also buy a value pack which includes five tickets for $400.
Of course there are many prizes aside from the beautiful brand new home. There’s 26 other prizes in total up for grabs. Herman says each are valued at $2500 or more.
There’s also a 50/50 that has the potential of going up to $2 million with half going to one lucky winner. If all 50/50 tickets are sold, the chances to win are 1 in 328,000. Tickets come in quantities of three, eight and 20.
If you can’t make it out to Tobiano, Herman says there’s also a virtual tour you can take and also buy tickets at their website.
All proceeds go to support the Kamloops YMCA-YWCA which is committed to building a community of healthy, confident and connected children, youth, adults and families.
The draw will take place at 9:00 in the morning on Tuesday, June 28. It will be done at the home itself located at 362 Rue Cheval Noir, Tobiano.
