
Kamloops RCMP are asking for help in identifying a suspect after an armed robbery on Sunday night.
They say they were called to the 100-block of Tranquille Road around 7:50 p.m. on June 5 to reports that a man got into a store and took out what looking like a handgun before demanding he be given money.
The suspect, police say, fled west toward the Overlanders Bridge on a smaller red mountain bike with white handles.
He is described as a man standing six-foot-one with a medium complexion, and a possible tattoo on his right hand.
At the time, he was wearing a green mask, a navy blue Rawlings hoodie with white stripe on the arms, a black hat, a grey sweat pants, and black shoes at the time.
