Police in Kamloops are hoping to speak to a Good Samaritan who helped a woman on East Shuswap Road in June.
RCMP say back on June 17, a woman who was running barefoot was picked up by another woman sometime in the afternoon who then drove her to the Tk’emlúps Petro Canada and bought her a pair of sandals.
“Police are hoping to identify and speak to the driver as part of an assault investigation, which may have led to the female running on the road,” RCMP Corporal Crystal Evelyn said.
Evelyn says if you are, or know who the driver is, to contact the Kamloops RCMP Detachment at 250-828-3000 and ask for Const. Dustin Meikle.
