Curling Canada says there will be new ticket options for the 2023 Scotties Tournament of Hearts in Kamloops going on sale at 10 a.m. this Friday, Sept. 16.
Full event packages for the Feb. 17 to 26 tournament are already on sale, but Curling Canada says there will be new mini-packs available for fans, the details of which are listed below.
“It’s only natural the Scotties Tournament of Hearts would one day make its debut in the Tournament Capital of Canada, and fans will not want to miss out on the event at the Sandman Centre,” Curling Canada said, in a statement.
“Based on the anticipation of Kamloops curling fans, these ticket packages will be highly coveted.”
Fans still hoping to buy tickets to the entire tournament can do so as well, with select single-draw tickets going on sale in early November.
Mayor Ken Christian says the 2023 Scotties Tournament of Hearts will bring with it a $5-million economic spinoff to the Kamloops economy, while also leading to a resurgence in curling locally.
The winner of the 2023 Scotties will represent Canada at the 2023 Women’s World Curling Championship, set to take place between March 18 and 26 in Sandviken, Sweden.
