Jimmy Johal describes himself as a parent, a volunteer, an accountant, a small business owner, and a licensed builder.
A born and raised Kamloopsian, he has two siblings who are graduates of the SD73 school system, with all their children in elementary schools in the district.
He wants to focus on student learning and well-being, while giving families and educators a voice.
Jimmy also wants to address a growing student population in Kamloops.
