Reo Rocheleau is a Kamloops retiree who pledged to “Make Kamloops Great Again” when he teased a mayoral run in a 2017 by-election.
While he changed his mind, Rocheleau was a candidate for Kamloops council in the 2014 civic election, finishing last in the 28-candidate field.
Rocheleau has previously said he wants to get city spending under control.
A former Nelson resident, he founded Reo’s Video in Nelson in 1987.
