Steven Rice has been farming fruits and vegetables in Spences Bridge for the last 33 years.
He moved to the area in 1988 with his wife, Paulet, where they also operate the Packing House Cafe.
As the incumbent Director For Area I, Rice hopes to continue helping to rebuild the Lytton area as well as the Highway 8 corridor.
Rice has also written for the Ashcroft-Cache Creek Journal and launched the Bridge Bulletin, a small paper for the residents of Spences Bridge.
