Usoff Tsao is a Clearwater resident, who moved to the area with his wife and two sons from Hong Kong, though he spent the majority of his childhood in Vancouver.
He’s worked for the Canada Customs & Revenue Agency and Canada Border Services Agency, in apparel manufacturing and HR consulting before finally setting up his own toy manufacturing facility.
Usoff is a member of the Clearwater Volunteer Fire Department.
He is looking forward to the opportunity and privilege to represent the residents of TNRD Area A, working towards an economically and socially inclusive community for everyone in the TNRD.
