Kamloops RCMP are investigating after a man was hit by a train early on Sunday morning.
Mounties say they were called to the Third Avenue and Lorne Street crossing around 1:37 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 30 to assist ambulance crews who were taking a man to hospital in a critical condition.
Other details are limited, but in a statement, RCMP say CP Railway Police are also investigating this crash.
This is the second man hit by a train in downtown Kamloops in the month of October.
A man was killed near the train tracks on Victoria Street West back on Oct. 2.
