
The Kamloops Blazers celebrate after Fraser Minton's Teddy Bear Toss goal on Saturday/via Kamloops Blazers
Another fun night at the Sandman Center for the fans, the Blazers and for hundreds of kids who will be able to have a plush friend for the holidays.
It was Fraser Minten notching the Teddy Bear Toss goal about half-way through the first period, helping propel the Blazers to an eventual 6-1 victory over the Victoria Royals on Saturday.
Ashton Ferster, Shea Van Olm, Matthew Seminoff, Kyle Masters and Emmitt Finnie also scored for Kamloops.
Daylen Kuefler was all over the score sheet, notching 4 assists on the night.
Dylan Ernst turned aside 28 shots to keep him at the top of the WHL goals-against rankings.
Kamloops (16-6-3-2) is third in Western Conference standings.
The Blazers will close out their 2022 schedule with a pair of games against the Prince George Cougars in P-G next weekend.
