The Kamloops Blazers have signed defenseman Kalan Anderlini to a WHL Scholarship and Development Agreement.
The six-foot-three Langley native was listed by the Blazers earlier this season.
In 29 games with the Yale Hockey Academy’s U18 Prep team this season, the 17-year-old Anderlini has put up two goals and 14 assists giving his 16 points.
“We are excited to welcome Kalan and his family to the Kamloops Blazers organization,” Blazers Head Coach and General Manager, Shaun Clouston, said. “We look forward to being part of Kalan’s development in the coming years.”
Anderlini is the fifth 2006-born player signed by the Blazers, joining goaltender Jesse Sanche, defenseman Harrison Brunicke, and forwards Ashton Tait and Conner Radke.
