Kamloops Mayor Reid Hamer-Jackson joined the NL Morning News to offer his take on Tuesday’s special council meeting.
City council voted 8-1 to pause all City Standing Committee work until the terms of reference can be sorted out.
That decision was in response to changes made by Mayor Reid Hamer-Jackson last week, where he appointed members of the public – including his friends and election supporters – to these committees, while removing three councillors as chairs.
