RCMP are asking for help in finding a 67-year-old man who was last seen in Logan Lake while visiting a friend.
Police say John David Young was travelling alone from his house in Prince George to Duncan on Vancouver Island. He is believed to be driving a two-tone green 1994, Ford F-250, with British Columbia licence plate VJ8 406.
Mounties say Young was last seen heading west on Highway 97D towards either Ashcroft or Merritt.
“Mr. Young’s family is concerned for his well-being, as it is out of character for him,” RCMP said, in a statement.
John Young is a white man, standing six feet tall, weighting about 190 lbs. He has blue eyes and grey, balding hair.
