The Yellowhead highway north of Kamloops is now open, following a crash south of Exlou this morning.

DriveBC says the road was officially cleared just before 1pm.

No word on that crash may have involved.

Radio NL does have calls out to BC Highway Patrol for more information on that crash.

The incident near Exlou follows a fatal crash earlier this morning at Rayleigh, where a southbound vehicle went off the Yellowhead, killing the lone driver in the vehicle.

No word from authorities on what may have led to that crash.

There was a heavy fog advisory for the Yellowhead corridor from Kamloops to Barriere this morning.
