Kamloops RCMP say the believe that a 32-year-old man, who has been missing for about two months, was last seen on a bicycle in the Mission Flats area on Nov. 11.
Mounties released the updated information Friday in the hopes that it will help them further the investigation into the disappearance of Kyle Ferg.
The 32-year-old Ferg was reported missing to Kamloops RCMP on Nov. 17, 2023, after his family hadn’t heard from him in more than a week. Police also said his cellphone was also found at McArthur Island.
“Since the investigation began, police have located video footage they believed to be of Kyle, riding a bike near the pumphouse on Mission Flats Road, Saturday Nov. 11, around 7:35 a.m.,” RCMP spokesperson Cpl. Crystal Evelyn said.
Police say the person in the video they believe to be Kyle is wearing a grey hoodie with a red logo on the front, black coat, mask or scarf, grey pants, and a black backpack.
Ferg is described as a white man, standing six-feet tall, weighing about 130 lbs. He has brown hair and hazel eyes, and several tattoos – the word ‘Bassanese’ on his right forearm, ‘In God’s hands’ on his chest, and an animal on his upper arm.
