Kamloops Mounties say their appeal for information about a man who had seemingly disappeared has borne fruit.

“Appreciate the assistance,” said Kamloops RCMP on Sunday, a day after putting out information on a 46-year-old man who was unaccounted for, after apparently arriving in Kamloops earlier in the month.

The disappearance of the individual was said to be “out of character” for the person.

No word on where exactly the man was located and the circumstances behind why he was considered missing.
