Kamloops Mounties are asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect caught on camera during a reported theft at a local business.
The incident occurred on Sunday, September 14, 2025, around 7:00 p.m. in the 1000-block of Hillside Drive. According to police, a man entered a store, stole a backpack, and then allegedly filled it with clothing and jewelry valued at approximately $700 before fleeing the scene.
“Police are releasing images of the suspect in an attempt to identify them as part of the investigation,” said Corporal Dana Napier, spokesperson for the Kamloops RCMP.
The suspect is described as:
- Filipino
- Approximately 25 years old
- 5’3” tall
- Average build
- Last seen wearing a black hoodie and black shorts
