Kamloops RCMP are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a 30-year-old man wanted on multiple warrants.

Police say Darion Erickson is wanted on two unendorsed warrants issued out of Fort St. James. The charges include assault, possession of a weapon, possession of a prohibited weapon, possession of stolen property, and failing to comply with an undertaking.

“It is believed that Darion Erickson is in the Kamloops area, but he may be travelling to other locations as well,” said Corporal Dana Napier, spokesperson for the Kamloops RCMP. “If anyone sees him or has information about his whereabouts, we ask that they do not approach him and instead contact police immediately.”

Erickson is described as standing 6 feet 2 inches tall, weighing approximately 200 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

Anyone who sees Erickson or has information that could assist police is asked to contact their nearest police detachment. Police remind the public that information, no matter how small it may seem, could be critical to locating the wanted individual.
