An accident at the intersection of 6th Avenue and Seymour Street.

Witnesses say a motorcyclist was struck by a vehicle around 4:45 pm Thursday. They say it appears serious and the rider of the motorcycle was seen on the ground not moving.

The other vehicle had its windshield smashed.

Emergecy vehicles had the intersection partially blocked while first responders attended the scene.
