A missing 65 -year-old Prince George man has been found safe in the Merritt area.

The man went missing when he was travelling to Duncan on Vancouver Island.

Police put out a renewed call for help in finding the man on September 29. The man was located the next day by hunters in the Merritt area who found the man, who’s vehicle had been stuck.

He was taken to hospital with minor injuries due to being out in the elements.
