UPDATE 1:10 p.m. – Kamloops RCMP say two people have been arrested after a red Jaguar XK8 convertible was stolen from a Valleyview gas station this morning.

Cpl. Crystal Evelyn says the vehicle has also been recovered by police, who continue to investigate.

It’s not clear if the two people are linked to a theft of boxes from an address on Galore Crescent in Juniper Ridge around 11:15 a.m., but Mounties said that it was a possibility as a red convertible was spotted in the area of that theft.
