Kamloops RCMP are asking for help in identifying two men as part of an ongoing assault investigation.

Police say they were called to a business on the 400-block of Victoria Street downtown just after 5 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 20, after a man was allegedly assaulted by two others.

RCMP spokesperson Cpl. Crystal Evelyn says the victim was taken to Royal Inland Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

“Police have reviewed security footage of the incident, and are releasing images of the two suspects in an attempt to further the investigation,” Evelyn said.

Evelyn says people who recognize the men or those with more information about the incident are being told to contact the Kamloops RCMP Detachment at 250-828-3000 and reference file 2023-44517.
