Kamloops RCMP are looking for information after a church on the North Shore was broken into twice in one month.
Police say they were told about break-in at a church in the 300-block of Fortune Drive on Feb. 2 and again on Feb. 17.
RCMP spokesperson Cpl. Crystal Evelyn says electronics and other miscellaneous items were stolen in both instances, including televisions, stereos, microphones, and amps.
“We are reaching out to the public to please check their security and dash camera footage from Feb. 16-17, and Feb. 1-2, and to be mindful of any suspicious vehicles or people in the area,” Evelyn said.
Police did not identify the church in question, but the only church in the 300-block of Fortune Drive is the Kamloops Seventh-day Adventist Church.
People with information are being told to contact the Kamloops RCMP Detachment at 250-828-3000 and reference file 2024-4867 or 2024-3333.
