The Kamloops Blazers want to hear from you.
A fan survey has been sent out by the hockey club to get feedback from anyone who attended a game this past season.
If so, an email will have gone out to anyone who purchased tickets through the organization’s switch to electronic ticketing this past season.
“We have sent it out by email to all of our fans that have attended a game this season whether that be as a season ticket holder or an individual purchase of one game or a flex pack,” noted Blazers Game Day Operations and Ticketing Coordinator Missy Cederholm.
“We want anyone who’s experienced a game this season to complete that survey.”

Question asked of 2025/26 season ticket purchasers as part of a Kamloops Blazers fan survey/via Kamloops Blazers
The survey itself is a simple handful of questions designed to get a better sense from the fan base what works and what might not when it comes to their overall gameday experience.
“There’s questions about why you’ve purchased tickets… different elements of the game day that you have experienced,” noted Cederholm. “If you’ve purchased food or purchased items from our Blazers team store… really just a broad variety of questions, but also keeping it within a short time window.”
“It shouldn’t take more than five to 10 minutes,” suggested Cederholm.
The Blazers are hoping to use the feedback to help create a better overall experience at the Sandman Centre for fans.
“We really value our fans and we want to know what their experience was this season,” noted Cederholm. “[We want to know] what they’re thinking and looking for… different ways that we can improve our products for them when they come to the rink.”
If you purchased tickets, but didn’t receive the fan survey, you may want to check your junk folder.
If it hasn’t shown up in your inbox, or elsewhere, the entire survey is available online.
Those who take the time to give the Blazers their thoughts could be rewarded.
The team is giving away three, $100 vouchers to be redeemed at the Blazers Team Store inside the Sandman Centre.
Only those who go through the entire survey will be eligible to win the prizes.
The Blazers — like many teams in the CHL — are looking to generate additional revenue as teams cope with higher travel costs, which is growing increasingly more challenging for more geographically-isolated teams such as Prince George, Brandon and Portland compared to their competitors in their respective WHL Conferences and Divisions.
