The BC Wildfire Service says the fires north west of Separating Lake and Juniper Beach have both been extinguished.

The fire at Nooaitch is still active at 1.7 hectares.

Another pair of human caused fires between Cache Creek and Savona to tell you about.

The BC Wildfire Service says the larger of the two is 4 km north west of Separating Lake, burning at about 1.5 hectares.

A second smaller fire is a little further east burning 0.1 hectares at Juniper Beach.

They were both discovered yesterday.

A 6 hectare fire burning at Nooaitch is still listed as active by the BC Wildfire Service.

That fire was first discovered on Sunday.
