But are those meatless burgers really that good for you?
Kelly Aiello is a natural nutritionist and brain health coach and she says a lot those of plant based products are processed. “The headline would indicate that plant based burgers should be the next best thing but the trend line might indicate something different if we actually look at the ingredients we might be disappointed.”
Aieloo says it’s okay to have red meat but don’t base your whole diet around it.
She stresses the importance of reading labels adding chemicals and preservatives aren’t good for anybody.
