Police are looking for a man who appeared to be following elementary school children in Lower Sahali yesterday afternoon.

The incident happened around 2:40 p.m. on Dalgleish Drive, according to police, when a vehicle appeared to follow two students from Beattie Elementary School.

Police say when a nearby resident saw the vehicle and called the students over, the dark grey or dark blue colour SUV left.

RCMP say it’s unclear what the driver’s intentions were at this time. He was the only person in the vehicle at the time.

The driver was described as of South Asian descent, with a slim build and a moustache, wearing a blue hat, blue t-shirt and grey shorts at the time.
