A well known non profit organization is hoping Kamloopsians step up and help them with their latest fundraiser.

Crime Stoppers 25th annual car raffle is offering up a new shiny red Camaro this year.

Program Manager Orville Mundy says everyone has heard of Crime Stoppers but not everyone knows what they do. “We’re an information source to the local law enforcement Kamloops and the TNRD, to support them with information that might be used as a successful arrest or seizure of anything that shouldn’t be around our communities.”

Tickets are just five dollars and you can get them through the Kamloops and District Crime Stoppers Facebook page.

The draw happens August 10th at the Hot Nite in the City and Ribfest main stage at Riverside Park.
