There were 68 thefts from motor vehicles in Kamloops during the week of September 2 to the September 8.

That’s up from the week prior which saw 57 thefts across the city.

RCMP say the thefts were spread out across the city this week, with several in the Batchelor Heights, downtown, and Lower Sahali, and on the North Shore.

Not included on the map are six thefts – five in the rural areas of Kamloops and one in Sun Peaks.
