Two homes are total losses after an overnight fire in Cache Creek.
The blazes happened at two separate homes on Stanley Park Boulevard. One was unoccupied, and has been abandoned since 2015 when it was flooded, and the other home belongs to the owner of Anie’s Pizza, NL News is told.
At this point, it’s believed that no one was hurt.
The fire warranted a response from fire departments from Cache Creek and Ashcroft, and crews were still on scene after 7:30 a.m.
The cause of the fire is not known, and a point is also not known publicly.
NL News has reached out to Cache Creek fire chief Tom Moe for more details.
